High Altitude is for those in more intense situations in need of...well, more.  This experience includes a thorough assessment period, strategic peer feedback, an increased amount of personalized coaching time, and timely access to your private coach.

With your personal counselor and coach, Rick Pierce, you'll have a safe place to explore truth and make decisions to help you experience greater peace, purpose and effectiveness the HeartStrong way. 

High Altitude Includes:

Two 75-minute live coaching sessions with Rick every month

Half-day initial Launching Session with personality assessments 

• We will discuss your current professional and personal life
• We will explore your past experiences and their influence
• We will talk through any relevant assessment findings 
• We will make begin a growth plan 

Brief impromptu coaching availability

• You have access to a 5-minute coaching call as needed per availability
• Rick will reply to text messages within 24 hours

Strategic peer feedback periods

• The beginning of our time together includes carefully solicited feedback from a pre-selected group of your peers

Between session guidance and work

$1,200/month (plus $1,250 Launching Experience)
